Email and telephone
We use the name, email address, telephone number, message and relevant project details you provide to answer your enquiry and discuss potential work together. Contact is voluntary; without contact details we cannot reply. Please do not send unnecessary confidential or special-category personal data.
If you are an individual taking steps towards your own contract, the legal basis is GDPR Article 6(1)(b). For company representatives and general professional enquiries, it is our legitimate interest in handling business communication you initiate, under Article 6(1)(f). You may object to processing based on this interest.
We retain enquiry details for the time needed to respond and conduct ongoing discussions. Once an enquiry is closed, no further discussions are ongoing, and no contractual or legal retention requirement applies, the details must be deleted from active email and our contact notes. If a contract follows, we provide separate information about retaining the necessary records. In a specific dispute, only information needed to resolve the claim is retained for as long as necessary.
Visiting the website
Network providers process technical information to deliver the site and prevent abuse, such as your IP address, requested address, time and browser request headers. The purpose is an available and secure website, based on our legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f).
The web application does not keep visitor access logs or create visitor profiles. This does not mean network providers process no log data. Their retention depends on security and troubleshooting needs and the applicable provider terms, linked below.
Cookies and measurement
The web application sets no cookies, writes no persistent browser storage, and uses no advertising trackers. The page address determines the language. Fonts and illustrations are served from our own website.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit and loading-performance measurements. Its script starts at least five seconds after the page has loaded. According to the provider, these measurements do not use cookies, persistent browser storage or visitor fingerprinting. Visits that end earlier, or block the script, may be absent from these statistics.
Network protection may use a necessary cookie during a security challenge; Cloudflare explains this in its notice. Following an external link takes you to the relevant provider’s website, where its own data processing applies.
Access and service providers
Staff who need to respond may access your enquiry. DigitalOcean hosts the website, and Cloudflare delivers and protects traffic. Google’s mail system receives incoming soludapt.com email. When you call, your telecommunications provider and the receiving party’s provider also process traffic data.
International providers may process information outside the European Economic Area. Their documents explain applicable transfer safeguards, including standard contractual clauses and adequacy decisions. You can email us for a copy of, or further information about, safeguards relevant to your enquiry.
Your rights
You may request information, access, rectification, erasure or restriction. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. We do not use profiling or automated decisions with legal effects.
Send requests to parraghb@soludapt.com or the postal address above. We may request proportionate identity verification. We respond without undue delay, normally within one month, and explain any justified extension within that period. Erasure does not override mandatory retention; we explain any restriction.
Complaints and remedies
You may complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH) or seek a judicial remedy. NAIH: 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11., Hungary; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., Hungary. Its website explains how to start an official procedure.
